Add chance and jail cards and mechanism and dammmmmmmm shoot me.Ĥ - trading is difficult. A game this long should have more perfect info. you could have the best properties but get screwed by people scooting right on by. They determine what property you can buy (mostly) they determine who lands on your property. In Monopoly the dice determine everything. But a game that has this much luck should have a short play time. Roll and move here isn’t necessarily the problem. General rule of thumb with good game design is the longer the game takes to play the less luck should be involved in game mechanics. Everyone else gets a negative feedback of going broke.ģ - luck vs game length. In Monopoly only one person gets this feeling. towards the end of the game you should feel like you are taking in the money. A good economic game should make you feel excited towards end game and have an escalation. not here.Ģ - economic “engine” is faulty. Player elimination is ok if the game is short. That guy/girl who gets knocked out early supposed to sit and wait for # minutes for the game to finish. Game length is too long to have player elimination.
